RCM ThinkLabs is the human capability layer for AI transformation. People play immersive micro-sessions of a few minutes a day, built on MIT game-theory research, and make real calls inside a continuing story. Leaders get a measured record of how each person's judgment changes over time across three capabilities: specification, verification and conviction.

Where they fit
You need adoption numbers for your AI rollout. You want to find teams that have not started. You want collaboration patterns from data you already collect.
Where RCM ThinkLabs differs
High usage is not good judgment. Someone can open an AI assistant fifty times a day and accept every answer. RCM ThinkLabs measures what usage data cannot see: whether a person catches it when the AI is confident and wrong. It does this without reading anyone's email, chat or documents.
Using both
RCM ThinkLabs sits beside usage analytics. Analytics show where AI is adopted. RCM ThinkLabs shows whether the people using it are deciding well.
What RCM ThinkLabs does
Nothing to install, no integration. It runs in the browser and measures only the decisions people make in its sessions. Security
Judgment with AI, in three capabilities. Specification, verification and conviction: who defines the problem, who checks the answer, who holds or updates the view. Human-AI collaboration

Measured in production at one deployment. Read the evidence or compare other approaches.
The work that built judgment is disappearing.
AI took over much of the work people used to learn on. The responsibility stayed with them. Document review, first-pass analysis, routine reporting: the everyday work that taught people how to think a problem through is the work AI took first.
They are making calls that matter, with real people on the other side, having rehearsed none of them. RCM ThinkLabs gives them the rehearsal: a few minutes a day, with private feedback after every session.
See who is growing, and where to coach.
RCM Advisor is the manager's AI colleague. Each person is measured against their own baseline, by capability. It is for development, and it is not a ranking.

Questions leaders ask
Does RCM ThinkLabs read our email, chat or documents?
No. It runs in the browser with no integration. It measures only the decisions people make in its sessions.
We already track Copilot adoption. Why add this?
Adoption tells you who is using AI. It does not tell you who is verifying its output or owning the decision. That is the gap RCM ThinkLabs measures.
Is RCM ThinkLabs a monitoring tool?
No. Participants choose to play. Each person is measured against their own baseline, for development, not ranking.
