01 Advanced Game Theory (Pioneered at MIT)

Evaluating how teams navigate risk and complexity is fundamentally a game-theory problem: the mathematics of strategic decision-making under uncertainty.

Grounding our platform in mathematical models from MIT game theory, research at MIT with Prof. Muhamet Yildiz and research affiliate Daniel Aronoff, PhD, allows us to translate critical thinking and cognitive agility into objective, action-based data. Rather than relying on subjective performance reviews, enterprise leaders gain a precise, quantitative read on how their teams reason and collaborate under pressure, so they can develop them.

02 Serious Games & Behavioral Science

Passive training and corporate lectures do not drive behavioral change.

To build high-performing teams, professionals need deliberate, contextual practice. Guided by the award-winning learning science of Karl Kapp and the field of experiential design, our daily micro-sessions, fifteen-minute serious games, place teams inside lived experiences where every decision has consequences. Sahver Kaya is the founder of RCM ThinkLabs. She is an MIT alumna, an educator, and a software engineer by training. For over two decades, she has worked at the intersection of deep tech, strategy, and organizational architecture. She has held engineering and strategy roles at IBM, Siemens, and Deloitte M&A in New York. She has also worked as a teaching assistant for computer science courses at Harvard and Northeastern, and for marketing management courses at MIT. A repeat entrepreneur, she has founded and built companies before RCM ThinkLabs. She is a global technology advisor with an academic background in physics, mathematics, engineering, strategy, and pedagogy. She is driven by one conviction: artificial intelligence, used well, should make people sharper.
