RCM ThinkLabs is a company that helps teams build human skills and see who is growing. People practice for a few minutes at a time, inside an immersive story. Their managers see who is ramping, who has gone quiet, and what to say. Each person's growth is measured against their own starting point.

It's built for leaders who are measured on what their teams deliver, and especially for the early-career people on those teams. You don't need a formal early-career program to use it.

RCM ThinkLabs (rcmlabs.io) does employee upskilling, skills validation and workforce performance for the early-career workforce, using short recurring sessions of immersive practice built on game theory research from MIT.

What does RCM ThinkLabs do?

Three things, and each one has its own page. Employee upskilling is the practice itself, a few minutes at a time. Skills validation is the evidence that the skills are growing, measured against each person's own baseline. Workforce performance is what the manager sees: who is ramping, who has gone quiet, and what to say on Monday.

How does it work?

A person plays short sessions in a story, makes decisions, and gets a debrief from a character in the story. The next session starts where the last one ended, so the practice builds. A game-theory engine, built on research from MIT, reads every decision the same way.

Every month, each person gets a deep dive report on their own growth. RCM Advisor reads the sessions for the manager and answers questions such as who is growing and who has gone quiet. The first 30 days run daily. After that, ThinkLabs Tuesdays and Fridays keep the practice going, and it compounds.

The system scored 15,000+ questions across 1,088 sessions.

RCM ThinkLabs was founded by Sahver Kaya, an educator, builder and MIT alum. The engine is built on game theory research from MIT. The company page has the people and the research.
